We are proud to work with WRAP Certified factories in Bangladesh for our Ararose production. We focus on working with those who share our belief of supporting the rights of garment workers.

To achieve a WRAP Certification the workplace needs to comply with these 12 key principles:

1. Compliance with Laws and Workplace Regulations
where they conduct business.
2. Prohibition of Forced Labor
3. Prohibition of Child Labor
4. Prohibition of Harassment and Abuse
5. Compensation and Benefits
6. Hours of Work
7. Prohibition of Discrimination
8. Health and Safety

As it is estimated that 40 million people are living in modern slavery, 71% of these are women -and the fashion industry being the second biggest contributor, it is a high priority for Ararose to work with ethical factories.

Ararose clothes are designed with a conscious decision to step away from fast fashion. We empower our customers with the choice of investing in quality wardrobe staples rather than fast paced trends. Classic designs produced on a small scale reduces the intense pressure on workers to quickly produce items on mass that will shortly be considered last season.

Our Organic t-shirts and sweatshirts are made in partnership with TeeMill - an organic t-shirt printing company who are accredited with The Soil Association and have a transparent supply chain.
