Our Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds. We do not offer exchanges for sale items. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on garments from our Conscious Outlet.

INCORRECT SIZE

We are happy to exchange for incorrect size any full price, unworn, unwashed garments within 14 days of receipt of your on-line order. All items that are returned for an exchange must be unworn and have their original tags.

Please note we cannot exchange if you have changed your mind. Please refer to our size guidelines if you are unsure of sizing.

Postage cost will be covered by the customer for incorrect size exchanges so please choose carefully when purchasing.

We are only able to process an exchange upon receipt of your order confirmation. Please email to araroseclothing@outlook.com to make arrangements for your exchange. 

Please note that exchanges are only possible if the item is available, in which case you will be issued with a store credit.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty within 14 days or receipt of your on-line order, we are happy to exchange the item.

Postage cost will be covered by Ararose for exchange of faulty items.

We are only able to process an exchange upon receipt of your order confirmation. Please email to araroseclothing@outlook.com with a photograph of the faulty item and your email confirmation of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

Ararose is not responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned are thoroughly packaged, packed securely and clearly addressed. 

Ararose will not be responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delay.
